The following describes the Refund Policy for our website.


We do our best to ensure the details, descriptions, features and benefits of all our products and services are fully spelled-out on each salespage we present to the public.

We also try to avoid hyperbole and other “provocative speech” used by many marketers and companies to amp-up the perceived value of their offerings.

Further, we always include the specific guarantee and refund policy for each product or service we offer right there on the salespage.

And we never use tricky language or make our customers jump through hoops to contact us or to receive a refund.

Normal Refunds:

Since our refund policy and guarantee are clearly present on all of our salespages, etc. we will act according to the individual guarantees made on each product or service offering.

That said, our “normal” refund policy is 30 days from the date of purchase.

It is a satisfaction guarantee, so we would always prefer to ensure your satisfaction than issue a refund.

And we would always prefer to learn why our customers might want a refund, so that we can make the necessary adjustments to avoid such a situation in the future.

Unique Refunds:

We may occasionally present a product or service with a specific guarantee and refund policy that is different from our normal 30-day policy.

These would normally be downloadable products without any branding, such as Private Label Rights products.

Such products will typically NOT have a refund available, since blatant theft is possible.

Additionally, certain services we may offer might have a specific guarantee and refund policy attached to them, for whatever reason.

Whatever the case, we will always have the specific guarantee and refund policy for each product or service clearly stated on the salespage – whether that be our Normal or a Unique refund policy.

We may also include specific details about guarantees and refunds on the checkout page of our shopping cart.

If we do, they will only repeat what was said on the salespage and not add to or change what was said there.

Accordingly, this page could read differently as of your very next visit.
